Flash Player font anti-aliasing problem

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.84 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
When flash player run

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Looks like font anti-aliaing became absent

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 51.0.2704.84  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version:  21.0.0.242б

Problem appeared in 51.In 50 this not was
