A few questions for reporter:

1. Does the tab crash, i.e. "Aw, Snap!" page, or does it just go away?
2. Do you have crash reporting disabled, or are there just no
   crashes listed in chrome://crashes ?
3. Do you have a reproduction case?
1. it says "Aw Snap!"
2.There are no crashes listed in chrome://crashes
3.I run a local file and within this i open a websql db and if i try to select or delete or update or drop anything from the db the tab goes Aw Snap!

I think this is a dup of a bug that was introduced with the switch to the url::Origin class. A fix for this is in and has been merged into M52.
