glimmer: Backlight dimmed after resume |

Issue descriptionVersion: 53.0.2760.0/8435.0.0 (Official Build) dev-channel veyron_Glimmer OS: Chrome What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Browse as guest or sign in to user>> launch browser>> set brightness to max (100%)>> suspend the device>> and reopen the device from suspend Expected: On reopening the screen no dimness should be seen Actual: Instead dim screen is seen even after the brightness is set to max (100%) This is a Regression issue as issue is not seen in 50.0.2657.0/7959.0.0 dev-channel Glimmer Issue is not applicable to Linux and Windows This issue is Glimmer specific

Unable to reproduce the issue on chrome latest version 53.0.2785.55/8530.48.0. Sandeep@ Could you please check the issue on latest version and update the thread. Thanks,

Please ignore the above comment as i checked the issue on Peppy device instead of glimmer. Still able to reproduce the issue on Glimmer using chrome version 53.0.2785.68/8530.59.0 jennyz@ Please look into this issue. Thanks,

This report is almost a year old. If you're still seeing the issue, please capture debug logs and attach them to the issue. (If the backlight is still dimmed after you increase the brightness, this is probably a backlight driver issue.) |
