Regression: Flickering is seen on reopening the device from suspend |

Issue descriptionVersion: 53.0.2760.0/8435.0.0 (Official Build) dev-channel veyron_Jerry OS: Chrome What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Recover OS>> browse as guest>> go to google> try to suspend the device>> and again reopen the device Expected: On reopening the screen no flickering should not be seen Actual: Instead flickering is seen This is a Regression issue as issue is not seen in 44.0.2403.54/7077.47.0 beta-channel Daisy Issue is not applicable to Linux and Windows Will update latest stable or beta build behavior soon

Issue is still able to reproduce using chrome version 53.0.2764.0/8455.0.0 (Official Build) dev-channel veyron_jerry Note: Don't close the lid fully, close more than half and try to resume, then will be able to see the flickering.
