Steps to reproduce:
(1) while moving from one screen to another, open an application.
(2)The application will be opened. 
(3)Close the application and you will see distorted application dashboard screen as attached(my device screenshot for reference). And only after scrolling, it gets proper.

Expected result: it should show application dashboard screen properly


Actual result: it shows application dashoard screen distorted
