This is not a Chrome Infrastructure issue. This is a HWLab failure.

Looks like the originally reported issue is gone, although I can still see multiple instances of HWTest and AUTest failing because of some other issues. I suppose current sheriffs will create appropriate bugs for them, though, so let's close this one.
