Can you write a design document? And what do you mean by "Current generator does not export include directories and defines which prevents Xcode indexer to properly index larger projects"? It correctly indexes Chromium currently which is a pretty large project already. What project size are you thinking about?

Sorry, larger project was not a good quantifier. It's more about structure than size. Chromium gets indexed, because you add path to root source dir to HEADER_SEARCH_PATHS and all includes in chrome are based from root source dir. But if you have different project structure and needs some other project relative paths in HEADER_SEARCH_PATHS the indexer will not get it.

Assigning to sdefresne because the owner needs to be a project member.

I'm not sure if this is still an issue, but it's been 2+ years without action. Closing. |
