The Developer Tools process is hung |
||||
Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.84 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: I went to the new tab page, pressed F12, wrote some code in the console and pressed Enter - onkeydown=e=>console.log(e.getModifierState()) What is the expected behavior? It hangs out with me. What went wrong? It just hangs. Lonely me. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 51.0.2704.84 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version: A minidump has been created and can be found here - https://drive.google.com/file/d/0Bxwga4EKqxwPY3pDN1NDcTBkNnc/view?usp=sharing (You need to request access. I am not playing hard to get!) I closed the tab, but the Chrome task manager showed that the Developer Tools kept running (it was dicked), so it basically became a zombie process.

I've requested access to the minidump link you posted. Could you make it open to public for download?

I fear it has personally identifying information, so I do not want to make it public. I approved your request.

s/(it was dicked)/(it was docked)/ That was an unfortunate offensively funny mistype.

Obviously, but has the minidump provided any useful information? |
