"Styles" pane in developer tools strike out a style that is still applied

Issue descriptionGiven the following webpage: <html> <body style="-webkit-transform: translate3d(100px,0,0);"> <p>Test</p> </body> </html> I see "Test" being translated 100px to the right, but in the "Styles" pane of the dev tools the "-webkit-transform: translate3d(100px,0,0);" line is striked out. I imagine Chrome is trying to let me know I should use "transform" instead of "-webkit-transform" but striking it out just leads me to believe the style is not applied. This led to hard-to-find bugs in more complex webpages. Observed on Linux, Mac and ChromeOS on versions 51 and up. Assuming it happens on all platforms.
