Datalist VoiceOver Accessibility

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_5) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.79 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. With VoiceOver enabled, Browse a page with a datalist such as http://jpdevries.github.io/datalist/index.html
2. Tab to the datalist component
3. Notice you are prompted to press Control + Option + Space to open a list of available options but doing so has no affect

What is the expected behavior?
Pressing Control + Option + Space should display the list of options

What went wrong?
Pressing Control + Option + Space does not display the list of options

I can reproduce this locally. Looking at it in a11y inspector, it seems like the <input> is exposed as an AXComboBox, but it has no children, so nothing expands when you hit Ctrl+Option+Space. I'll have a look.
