In chrome://plugins, Hindi translation for Plugin is incorrect.

Issue description

Version: 53.0.2763.0 (Official Build) dd933bda0baa6a13ab0120f0056a2b783e459efb-refs/heads/master@{#398752} (32/64-bit)
OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1) Launch chrome, go to chrome://settings and click on Show advanced settings link.
2) From Language section, change the browser language to Hindi and restart the browser.
3) Navigate to chrome://plugins and observe the text for plugin.

Plugin in chrome://plugins is incorrectly seen 'प्लग इन'.

Plugin in chrome://plugins should be seen as 'प्लगिन'.

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-30 series (Chrome version: 30.0.1149.2)

Note: Issue is not seen on Mac and Linux OS.

The chrome://plugins UI has been removed by https://codereview.chromium.org/2630443002. There might be more obsolete issues in the bug tracker that I did not catch.
