Steps:
1. Launch chrome, navigate to above url and add the extention.
2. Navigate to http://www.visitdubai.com/en/see-thrill-play/adventure/desert-adventures
3. Scroll down the webpage and then scroll up, observe the menu header. 
4. Hover the mouse pointer over the menu header when it reaches to middle of the page.

Actual: Traces of the menu header is observed.

Expected: No such traces should be seen.

This is a non regression issue seen from M-34.

Note: The same works fine if the colour enhancer extension is not installed.
Issue is not seen in Mac OS.
