Non-Regression : Unable to enter Display Name in Tic Tac Toe App

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome -> Go to above URL and Install "Tic Tac Toe" App
(2)Now Click on the App-> Click on "Online" Button -> Now try to enter "Display Name" and observe(please refer Video)


Note: 1.Same Issue is seen for Player 1 and Player 2 Options i.e. unable to enter any thing in Text boxes
2.Without entering Display name unable to play the Game in Online

Expected: Should be able to enter Display Name in Tic Tac Toe App
Actual: Instead Unable to enter Display Name


This is Non-Regression Issue seen from M-31

Able to reproduce the issue on Mac 10.11.5 using chrome version 53.0.2763.0.
Marking it as Untriaged to get it addressed.
