Issue descriptionVersion: 53.0.2763.0 OS: Ubuntu 14.04,Windows What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Launch chrome -> Sign into Profile (2)Now create/import supervised user and then click on avatar Menu and choose option "Exit and childlock" (3)Now Switch person window is displayed -> Click on Locked Profile -> Now observe scroll bar in displayed Sign in Page(Please refer Video) Expected: No Scrollbar should be seen in Sign in page of Locked Profile Actual: Instead Unwanted Scrollbar is seen in Sign in page This is Non-Regression Issue seen from 48.0.2529.0.

Hi Roger! Beta is currently at 52.0.2743.33, can you still repro after updating? Unfortunately I can't. As for the scroll bar in the reauth dialog, assigning to Moe who's been working on that flow.
