What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Lunch chrome, navigate to above url and click on 'ADD TO CHROME' button.
(2) Launch app, and observe the spacing on permission bubble.

Text on  permission bubble is not seen properly i.e. spacing issue observed.

Text on  permission bubble is should seen properly i.e.spacing should be proper.

This is a regression issue, broken in 'M-50', below is bisect info:

Good Build: 50.0.2640.0
Bad Build: 50.0.2641.0
