Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Chrome with an RTL language selected
2. Open MD History
3. Attempt to select a checkbox next a history item

Expected result:

Should be able to click anywhere within the checkbox square to select the item.

Actual result:

Can only click to the -left- of the checkbox. Clicking in the checkbox itself does nothing (and doesn't show the hand cursor). The same applies to the item menu button.

I suspect this is something to do with iron-list. This issue doesn't occur on the Synced Tabs page, and the click targets are offset by 15px, the width of the scrollbar.
