Regression : Weird overlapping of text is seen when page is zoom in to 250% in www.google.co.in/flights/

Issue description

Version: 53.0.2763.0 dd933bda0baa6a13ab0120f0056a2b783e459efb-refs/heads/master@{#398752} (32/64-bit)
OS:  Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.10.5, 10.11.4)
URL : https://www.google.co.in/flights/#search;f=_;q=mumbai

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1) Launch chrome and navigate to above url
2) Now click on 'Flights' button in top LHS of page and list will be opened
3) Now zoom in the page to 250% and observe the text in the list 

Actual : Weird overlapping of text is seen when page is zoom to 250%
Expected : Weird overlapping of text should not be seen when page is zoom to 250%

This is a regression issue broken in 'M-50' and below is the manual regression and Narrow bisect info:
Good build : 50.0.2631.0
Bad build : 50.0.2633.3

@oshima : Could you please help to reassign if your change is not the cause for this change.

Note : Issue is not seen in other browsers like Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer.

This looks blink rendering issue, and has nothing to do with zooming. You can just shrink the window and get the same issue.

I'd suspect r371699 (more likely) or r371697.

Yeah, min-height: min-content fixes this, so this is a duplicate.
