Multilogin gets confused about which desktops windows belong to

Project Member Reported by derat@chromium.org, Jun 9 2016

Issue description

Google Chrome	50.0.2661.104 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Platform	7978.76.0 (Official Build) stable-channel samus

1. Log on to corp account.
2. Open window with Gmail.
3. Start also logging into personal account.
4. Take a screenshot on the personal account login screen.
5. Type personal account's password.

I'm not sure if it's because I took the screenshot and generated a notification, but now my corp Gmail window is visible on both desktops.

The file manager seems messed up too. When I open it in my corp account and try to view the screenshot that I took, the image is displayed but I also get a "This file is opened on a different desktop. Move to Daniel Erat () to view it." dialog.

xdai@ there's already a fix for this right?

I'm still seeing this on 51.0.2704.106. It doesn't appear to have anything to do with the notification; I just added my personal account and now my corp window is stuck on both desktops.
