auron-paine: chromeos4-row8-rack5-host13 failed to response to lid_open dut command

Project Member Reported by dchan@google.com, Jun 8 2016

Issue description

Need help to investigate why auron_paine failed to response to lid_open dut-control command

ssh root@chromeos4-row8-rack5-host13-servo << connect to servo for DUT chromeos4-row8-rack5-host13. Attempt to issue lid_open dut-control command:

localhost log # dut-control lid_open
lid_open:yes
localhost log # dut-control lid_open:no
localhost log # dut-control lid_open
lid_open:yes <<< should reply with no

chromeos4-row8-rack5-host13 remainds pingable during this test. The failure to response to dut-control lid_open:no command leads to fail firmware_FwScreenCloseLid test https://wmatrix.googleplex.com/failures/unfiltered?suites=faft_bios&days_back=30&builds=R53-8425.0.0&releases=53&platforms=auron_paine&hide_missing=True&show_faft_view=True

However I am able to issue lid command from EC console. The DUT will go offliine with lidclose and back online with lidopen. (connect to EC from servo via screen to EC console pts)

cautotest link for the DUT is http://cautotest/afe/#tab_id=view_host&object_id=3144

PS:
I am not sure if this is related to other failure on firmware_FwScreenCloseLid test https://wmatrix.googleplex.com/summary/unfiltered?suites=faft_bios&tests=firmware_FwScreenCloseLid.dev&days_back=30&releases=53&show_faft_view=True&hide_missing=True

Sounds like this was a one-off connection issue.

Filed b/36428702 to have it repaired hopefully.
