What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Making a video full screen in Facebook or Youtube

What is the expected result?
I would expect the video to go fullscreen, whether it is in Youtube, Facebook, or some other website, 100% of the time and on the monitor that I already had the web page on.

What happens instead?
I have dual monitors, which I expect may be the problem. I have also tried turning hardware acceleration off, but with no different results. There are a few things that have happened when going fullscreen. Sometimes it works just fine. Other times it will not be fullscreen and will leave the tabs of the broswer up at the top of the screen, as if the video were taking up the entire web page but not the entire screen. Other times I will go fullscreen on one monitor and it will enter fullscreen but bounce over to the other monitor.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
