Chrome dropping multiple signed in Google accounts

Reported by scott.gi...@kohls.com, Jun 8 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 8350.14.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2743.19 Safari/537.36
Platform: 8350.14.0 (Official Build) dev-channel chell

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Sign in to Google (occurs in both normal Chrome session as well as Incognito)
2. Add account (Google)
3. Wait aprox. 10 minutes and you will be logged out of the secondary session

What is the expected behavior?
Both Google sessions should persist.

What went wrong?
After 10 minutes and you will be logged out of the primary or secondary session

Did this work before? Yes Stable channel (just joined dev channel)

Chrome version: 52.0.2743.19 Channel: dev
OS Version: 8350.14.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

Slapping a few labels - I'm not sure where the right component is for ChromeOS sign-in is, but hopefully atwilson/dskaram can triage appropriately.

I'm not seeing this on v52.0.2739.0 dev, FWIW. Possibly is a newer regression than that?

Don't think it's a chromeos-specific signin issue, since there's no "chromeos signin/signout" in the repro steps, just Gaia-level signin/signout.

Roger, do you see anything like this on desktop chrome?
Doesn't appear to only be related to secondary account logins. Randomly seeing logouts during active browser sessions.
