(The above tests all fails on Windows - may be the same root cause)

Now I had some time looking into them, I think it's the sRGB reference images are incorrect.  The ANGLE GL implementation is correct, but the tests need to be fixed.

Let me take this one.

Turn off fbocolorbuffer/* tests to avoid webgl2 reaches 1-hour limit

These tests are still buggy in sRGB reference images.
