Audit test targets and remove dead one

While porting tests from gyp to gn I found that some of them appear to never be run (for example chrome_kif_dogfood_verification_tests) and just do not work.

I think we should audit them to ensure all targets build from //ios_internal and //ios are run on the bots and if not delete them and the corresponding code.
