Include ChromeOS Infra deputy on go/chromecals

Mmoss, I think this is your area? 

I realized that Sosa's team rotation doesn't show on 

http://chromium-build.appspot.com/static/rotations.html

We track our rotations using 

https://rotation.googleplex.com/#rotation?id=5660790132572160

Can we be included?

Ben Henry is now telling me that only rotations managed by https://chrome-internal.googlesource.com/infra/infra_internal/+/master/infra_internal/services/sheriff/rotations/ can be on this list, so maybe this isn't feasible.

Correct, I don't think there's any way to make the calendars from rotation.googleplex available externally, which means the bots can't access them, which is one reason we don't use that for most Chromium rotations.
