[Password Generation] Improve local classifier to detect correct field for generation on change password forms

Project Member Reported by kolos@chromium.org, Jun 8 2016

Issue description

At this point, if there is three passwords on the form, the second one is chosen by local classifier for generation. It is assumed that the first one is the current password, the second one is the new password, the third one is the confirmation of the new password. This assumption fails on some sites, so introduce more intelligent mechanism to detect correct field for generation. For example, look for the words "new", "confirm", "old", "current" in HTML attributes.

If there is 1,2 or more than 3 passwords on the form, the classifier will choose the first one. It is enough in these cases.
