What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch Chrome and go to above URL.
2. Right click on page and select 'Translate to English' option from context menu. (Translation bubble is seen)
3. Click on 'Options' link in translation bubble, open 'Translation Language' drop down list and select 'Hindi' language.
4. Click on 'Translate' button and observe the 'Ratings' section of page.
 
Actual : Wrong Hindi translation (i.e उत्तर प्रदेश और) is seen for '& up' string.
Expected : Instead, "और उससे अधिक" should be seen for '& up' string.

This is a non-regression issue, seen from M-30 series.
