Scroll works as volume up/down in videos on vk.com in fullscreen mode

OS: OS X / Windows / Linux

What steps will reproduce the problem?

(1) Log in to vk.com
(2) Play video - http://vk.com/video?q=mustang%20wanted&section=search&z=video-67490365_456239120
(3) Go to fullscreen mode
(4) Scroll. 

What is the expected output?

No response to scroll. 

What do you see instead?

Volume goes Up/Down and video pauses.

Issue is only reproducible in Chrome (can't be reproduced on Firefox, Edge or IE)

The problem can be reproduced with any flash player.
Version 51.0.2704.84 (64-bit)
