Regression: Text appear chopped in www.google.co.in search.

Chrome Version: 52.0.2743.33 (Official Build) 381c5e933974600cf004f795100242670cb0764b-refs/branch-heads/2743@{#271} 32/64-bit.
OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10)

Steps:
1. Launch chrome and navigate to https://www.google.co.in
2. Go to 'Google.co.in offered in' and click on 'हिन्दी' 
3. Now navigate to https://www.google.co.in/search?q=icc&oq=icc&aqs=chrome..69i57j0l5.679j0j7&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8
4. Observe the content.

Actual: Text appear chopped.

Expected: Text should not appear chopped.

This is a regression issue broken in M-45.

Manual Regression Range:
Good Build: 45.0.2444.0 
Bad Build: 45.0.2445.0

Unable to reproduce the issue on win10 chrome version 53.0.2785.143 and canary 55.0.2880.0 - Text appeared fine

Re-checked the issue on latest canary version: 56.0.2920.0, issue is still reproducible.

Status: Fixed (was: Assigned)
This now appears to work as expected, the top/bottom is no longer chopped o on either MacOS or Linux for me. Please verify or reopen if it still occurs.
