Logs from iOS test bots should be exhaustive.

Project Member Reported by jif@chromium.org, Jun 8 2016

Issue description

The logs shown by the iOS test bots are missing information that is usually shown when running the test locally, including:
-The warnings printed by iOS.
-The warnings printed by libraries (like GCDWebServer).
-All the JS errors happening in our webviews.

This hinders debugging, especially for bugs that are hard to reproduce locally.

What logs are missing? Can you give an example? Everything that prints to stderr or stdout should be there. Do I need to set some flags when launching the tests to enable more verbose logging?
