Issue descriptionChrome Version: 53.0.2762.0 (Official Build)42947e24de37b28e80c8456fdf36460c5296db63-refs/heads/master@{#398431} 32/64 Bit. OS: Windows(7,8,10), Linux (14.04 LTS) Steps: 1. Launch chrome and navigate to https://www.google.com/adsense/start/get-started/#/?modal_active=yt-hero 2. Play the video and observe the bottom of video frame. Actual: Unnecessary white line is observed on bottom of the video frame. Expected: No such white line should be seen. This is a regression issue broken in M-53. Manual regression Range: Good Build: 53.0.2749.0 Bad Build: 53.0.2750.0 Narrow Bisect: https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+log/59d51f9a4cea0fd3d0c27eaf069442b9f556ea9a..d1b22fc961b1a2677c32f61a2a5640850b66adb9?pretty=fuller&n=100 Suspecting: r396304 Note: 1. Issue is not seen if the browser is relaunched in Non-material mode. 2. Issue is not seen in Mac OS.
