Web page will crash after rotate screen 90 degrees via Ctrl + Shift and Reload

Platform: 8350.18.0 (Official Build ) dev-channel banon test

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1.Boot to OS and plug-in HDMI cable.
2.Enable the Turn ChromeVox (spoken feedback) on or off   
   via Shortcuts key (Ctrl + Alt + Z) and open a web 
   page.
3.Press "Ctrl+Shift and Reload" key to rotate the LCD.
4.Web page will crash when you press more times rotate.

What is the expected behavior?
No any web page crash.

What went wrong?
Rotate LCD more times, web page will crash.

Does it occur on multiple sites: No

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? No 

Does this work in other browsers? Yes 

Chrome version: 52.0.2743.28  Channel: dev
OS Version: R52
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0.0.168-r1
