[Chrome][Android 6.0.1][M50] Blink symptom at the first launching

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Set "page.uplus.co.kr" as a Chrome home page
2. Go to Setting > App > Chrome
3. Touch "Force stop" to make the first launching condition
4. Launch Chrome

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Whole screen is blinking

Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes

Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A 

Did this work before? N/A 

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

It is reprodubicle on LG G5 device.

Model name : LG-F60S
Device : h1
Product : h1_skt_kr
OS : Android 6.0.1

And it is also reproducible on several devices.

I suggest the test team looks into this, as they have the necessary range of devices to try to reproduce it. Leaving the the GPU label, as I still think that might be the underlying cause.

I tried on LG G5/ MMB29M (6.0.1) and couldnt repro the issue.   

seiyon.park@ Are you still seeing the issue? Can you check on current play store chrome 51.0.2704.81 or 52.0.2743.91 ?
