Pressing Home/End in a large document hides the content for a bit |

Issue description
UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.63 Safari/537.36
Example URL:
data:text/html,<!doctype html><body style="background-color: black; color: white"><script>document.write('ppp '.repeat(1e6))</script>
Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to the URL.
2. Press End.
What is the expected behavior?
The content will either smooth scroll, or just scroll.
What went wrong?
The content disappears for a bit and then shows up again.
Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes
Is it a problem with a plugin? No
Did this work before? Yes Before smooth scrolling :P
Does this work in other browsers? Yes
Chrome version: 51.0.2704.63 Channel: n/a
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

This is a regression, but since this is some sort of an edge case, this is mainly a polish for the smooth scrolling feature, I am not increasing the priority.

This still reproduces in 63.0.3230.0. Not sure what we'd want to do here. It disappears because it hasn't been rastered yet. We could block the animation on raster but that would make the scroll janky (this would also be non trivial work). We could do the instant jump on really long pages, as suggested, but that introduces magical behavior differences for little gain IMHO. I'm inclined to just mark this WontFix. skobes@, WDYT?
