Video issue, Audio issue, both, neither?
Video problem. Chromium, as the entire SO, detects the USB Webcam installed (Microdia Camera) but the stream is totally black. I've tested in Google Hangouts, http://meet.jit.si and Facebook Videocall but the behavior is the same.
The webcam works on Skype, on Firefox, on Kamoso, on VLC. I think there's not problem with SO but maybe in Blink.
