Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.79 Safari/537.36 Example URL: http://storage2.interlude.fm.s3.amazonaws.com/dev_temp/tomer/chrome_vp9_seek_error/index.html Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Navigate to provided URL 2. Play the video 3. Click the "Seek to 2.1" button (repeat until reproduced) What is the expected behavior? Seek should be successful. What went wrong? An error event (MEDIA_ERR_DECODE) is triggered (not every time, but often). Did this work before? N/A Is it a problem with Flash or HTML5? N/A Does this work in other browsers? N/A Chrome version: 51.0.2704.79 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0 It seems that certain currentTime values are more susceptible to this error than others. For this particular example I chose a value that easily reproduces the error (2.1). Also reproduced on Chrome Canary Windows, and on Chrome Stable OSX.
