Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.84 Safari/537.36 Example URL: http://www.iscribble.net/draw.html Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open and use iScribble or other Adobe Flash applications 2. Observe the jagged, aliased (non-ClearType) text rendering What is the expected behavior? Text is rendered smoothly, like in the rest of the browser. What went wrong? As of Chrome v51, text in some Adobe Flash applications display text without anti-aliased rendering, making them look jagged and difficult to read. This mostly happens in applications that has text that can be manipulated (highlighted, typed, copied, etc.), not all Adobe Flash-based apps have this issue. Sample screenshots available at http://imgur.com/a/OzawJ Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A Did this work before? Yes Before Chrome v51 (v50 and earlier worked fine) Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 51.0.2704.84 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.3 (Win 8.1) Flash Version: 21.0.0.242 This issue has been further discussed in the Google Chrome product forums: https://productforums.google.com/forum/?utm_medium=email&utm_source=footer#!topic/chrome/DdlG0izcQBA;context-place=forum/chrome

Version 51.0.2704.103 m (64-bit) of Chrome still has this issue. I believe the "patch" for this bug has already been filed in https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=615375 ; any ETA when the fix will go live?
