YouTube page loads and video area is black without video toolbar and wont play.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to youtube. 
2. select a video(or play that suggested video)
3. Watch as it fails!

What is the expected behavior?
Everything on the screen will load like the comments, description, and suggested videos but the video area will be black without a video tool bar, pause/play button or full screen button.

What went wrong?
I have no clue! ignore the fact that the screenshot and url are different.

Does it occur on multiple sites: No

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? Yes About a week ago. No joke.

Does this work in other browsers? Yes 

Chrome version: 49.0.2623.108  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 14.04
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

Unable to repro this issue on Ubuntu Trusty (14.04) for Google Chrome Stable Version - 51.0.2704.84

Screen-recording is attached.

@pbaileyct: Could you please perform the steps mentioned beneath and let us know your observations.

1. Update your Google Chrome to Latest Stable Version - 51.0.2704.84
2. Re-test the same on a clean profile [chrome://settings -> Add Person]

Marking the above issue as Wontfix, due to lack of user response. Also, the above issue is not reproducible on chrome latest stable version '51.0.2704.106'. 

However, feel free to report a new issue if encountered with similar issue again with newer version of chrome.
