pinch in/ou zoom doesnt work on chromeapp

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_4) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/50.0.2661.102 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. go to any chromeapp app
2. try to pinch in and out
3. you dont get any zoom in/out action

What is the expected behavior?
on chromeOS on browser(chrome) you get zoom in/out with pinch.
you dont get the same behavior when testing the same with chrome-app.

What went wrong?
zooming not working

This is really applicable to the chromeos apps and not just mac.

kuscher@, can you clarify the intended behavior for apps?

James, on ChromeOS you could use the screen magnifier feature to zoom the whole screen if you want to. https://support.google.com/chromebook/answer/6320705

I believe the idea is that the app can get the events and do what it wants. Just pinching and zooming the app may not be what the developer wants

I would expect the chrome app to perform just like the web.
