In  https://crbug.com/580389 , we enabled devirtualization for the official Linix build, which improved performance in the cases, when benchmarks are dominated by eligible virtual calls.

This issue is to track launching the same feature on other platforms. Currently, it relies on LTO, but in the future, it might be working with ThinLTO as well.

There's no expectations that this will be done soon, we just want it eventually to happen.
