Pre-requisites:
Open youtube and google search in separate windows


What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Join a two way successful hangout call between desktop(Linux) and any chrome device
2. From chrome device, select the 'screenshare' option from the list shown on the left side of the hangout window
3. Select either the youtube window or the google search window for screensharing and click on 'Share'
4. Observe that selected window is screenshared and displayed on desktop user screen
5. Now reduce the size of the window that is getting screenshared (youtube video window or google search window on chrome device)

Expected result:
Screensharing should continue and there should be no audio or video distortions from desktop or chrome device

Actual result:
1) Screensharing continues but scroll bar stopper on window that is getting screenshared from chrome device starts flickering until screensharing is stopped 
2) Scroll bar flickering is not seen on desktop. It is observed only on the chrome device after reducing the size of the screenshared window

Note:
This issue is seen on all the chrome devices with M52.
