[WebVTT] change "middle" to "center" for consistency with CSS

The WebVTT spec is changing align from 'middle' to 'center' to match CSS [1]. According to my analysis this change should not cause serious compatibility problems [2].

fs, do you feel like taking this? I suppose most of the work is to actually write an Intent to Implement and Ship. (Adding reminder to self if nobody works on this in a month or so.)

I'm pretty swamped right now, so I don't feel like adding additional "paperwork" to my pile at the moment.

http://w3c-test.org/webvtt/webvtt-file-format-parsing/webvtt-file-parsing/001.html implicitly tests this, so that saves some effort.
