Chrome doesn't preserve the form data when the form action is changed in the onsubmit function

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/50.0.2661.102 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Type something in the text input
2. Submit the form
3. Press the browser back button

What is the expected behavior?
The text input data previously entered should have been preserved

What went wrong?
The text input data is blank
