segmentation fault when dragging an html element in the inspector

Reported by aleksand...@gmail.com, Jun 7 2016

Issue description

Chrome Version: 51.0.2704.79 (Developer Build) Built on 8.4 (installed from Debian repositories)

Is this the most recent version: yes

OS version: Debian 8.5

CPU architecture: 64-bit

Window manager: KDE 4.14.2

What steps will reproduce the problem?

(1) go to http://www.zabbix.com
(2) right-click on the Zabbix logo to inspect
(3) start dragging the corresponding <span> element in the inspector
(4) Chromium gets a segmentation fault immediately (see crash.txt for output)

(while the steps above refer to Zabbix website, the issue does not seem to be Zabbix-specific)
