Regression: Large cross hair cursor changes to normal size cross hair cursor while taking selected part screenshot |

Issue descriptionVersion: 52.0.2743.32/8350.21.0 (Official Build) dev-channel peppy,quawks,daisy OS: Chrome os What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Sign in to user >> From Accessibility section of settings enable "Show Large mouse cursor" (2) Now take selected part screenshot -i.e Hit ctrl+shift+switch button from keyboard so that large mouse cursor for selected part screen shot is seen. (3) Now click on touch pad and observe Expected: Large mouse cursor should not change to normal cursor on clicking touch pad. Actual: Instead size of cross hair cursor changes. This is a regression issue as it is working fine in 50.0.2661.103/7978.74.0 stable channel daisy. @oshima: Please help in confirming the issue and help in re-assigning to appropriate owner.

We can't just use large cursor because its center point is off, and will hide the region. One option is to hide the cursor while selection because it's pretty clear where it's selecting. kuscher@ what do you think?
