Steps:
(1)Launch chrome, navigate to above url and click on 'ADD TO CHROME'
(2)Go to NTP ,open devtools and click on "Toggle device toolbar" option.
(3)Resize the toggle device window 2-3 times and observe the content of the page.

Actual:Content shifts at L.H.S on re-sizing the device window.

Expected:Content should appear properly on re-sizing the device window.

This is a Regression issue broken in M-50,below is the Narrow bisect info:
