Better color scheme for Windows 10?

With comparing Chrome with Edge and Firefox on Win10, I am wondering if current color scheme is actually best what Chrome can offer on Windows 10? I thought this worth to be investigated again with considering that I couldn't find similar file on the tracker.

Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
With turning on "Show color on title bar" option on Windows, now I think actually Chrome is doing much better than them here.
