weird windows position of chrome canary when osx starts

very starnge bug if i shut down mac then switch on chrome windows is posioned in wrong place,i always close window When chrome is MAXIMIZED not full screen ,also if i restart osx the bug is NEVER riproducible ,just if i completely shut down mac .

Can you elaborate what do you mean by the "window being positioned in the wrong place"?

Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
Marking the above issue as Wontfix, due to lack of user response. Also, the above issue is not reproducible on chrome latest stable version '51.0.2704.84'. 

However, feel free to report a new issue if encountered with similar issue again with newer version of chrome.
