Issue descriptionSince 2016-05-19 around commit 69fcd7a481bd5284e14e9e5a7834accabe947cdb the VibrationTest.CancelVibrationFromMainFrameWhenMainFrameIsReloaded test withing content_browsertests has been timing out during a number of test runs. Example from https://build.chromium.org/p/chromium.memory.fyi/builders/Windows%20Content%20Browser%20%28DrMemory%20full%29%20%284%29/builds/8010: VibrationTest.CancelVibrationFromMainFrameWhenMainFrameIsReloaded: Did not complete.
