Issue descriptionWe're having across the board hwtest suite aborts / timeouts on the paladins. Recent example: (builder, suite, suite log) https://uberchromegw.corp.google.com/i/chromeos/builders/lumpy-paladin/builds/25220 http://cautotest.corp.google.com/afe/#tab_id=view_job&object_id=65899210 http://cautotest.corp.google.com/tko/retrieve_logs.cgi?job=/results/65899210-chromeos-test/hostless/debug Tests are failing across the board with "Timed out, did not run.". This is confusing because the suite is only running for around 30 minutes, well below the 90 minute timeout. I suspect the jobs are getting aborted by something else and that the logging is misleading.

The root cause is that tko_test_attributes has an id field of type int, it has a max value of 2147483648, and we hit the limit over the weekend. The fix is: drop the table tko_test_attributes recreate it with id of type BIGINT.
