'Close all incognito windows' is displayed on Android 51.0.2704.81 even if no incognito tabs remain

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open Chrome, open an incognito tab.
(2) Manually close the incognito tab.
(3) The 'close all incognito windows' message is still shown in top bar and on lock screen

What is the expected output?
When no incognito tabs are left the message should disappear.
